We bring our passion, and creativity to every brief.
We are proud of our work, as the result of an honest and simple respect for ingredients and a strong technical foundation. We work alongside carefully selected artisan producers with sustainable and seasonal produce at the heart of every bespoke offering we create. We believe in bold and clean flavours, and a strong sense of time and place. Everything we do is as sustainable as it can be – we believe in protecting our world as well as creating delicious food. Our ethos is focused on having a sustainable system from the kitchen to the event and we also reflect that social thinking into our social enterprise commitments.
Our passion is stirred by the Greek colours, flavours and textures found in this country we call home. We don’t just know WHAT tastes good, we know WHY it tastes good, too.
